Michigan Business Connection (MBC) is excited to welcome its newest team members, Karl Jones as a Senior Relationship Manager, Aric Bergermann as a Financial Analyst, Stacy Dawe as a Senior Credit Analyst, Anne Buck as a Senior Credit Analyst, Kayla Gabriel as a Loan Servicer, and Darcy McCool as an Administrative Assistant.

Karl Jones joins MBC as a Senior Relationship Manager. In this role he is responsible for commercial lending, relationship management, and business development primarily in mid-Michigan. Karl has been in commercial lending since 1987, with banks and credit unions.

Aric Bergermann joins MBC as a Financial Analyst and is responsible for analyzing credit and financial data and preparing information for credit analysts and portfolio managers. Bergermann has previous financial service experience with a credit union and bank and will receive his bachelor’s degree in finance from Eastern Michigan University in December.

Stacy Dawe joins MBC as a Senior Credit Analyst with primary responsibilities in underwriting commercial credit risk of individuals and businesses. Dawe brings over 20 years of experience in banking to her new position, and has a bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from Central Michigan University and an associate’s degree in engineering from Delta College.

Anne Buck joins MBC as a Senior Credit Analyst. In this position, Anne will underwrite complex loan opportunities and help coach and train new team members and credit unions. Anne began her financial services career in 1987 and has held numerous commercial banking roles with banks and a commercial CUSO. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Canisius College.

Kayla Gabriel joins MBC as a Loan Servicer. In her role, she will provide customer service support to both borrowers and credit unions. Kayla began her financial services career as a teller for a bank and loan consultant for a private lender.

Darcy McCool joins MBC as an Administrative Assistant and will be responsible for providing administrative support for MBC. McCool has held various administrative positions throughout her career and a university and a real estate focused law firm. McCool received her bachelor’s degree with a major in Legal Administration and a minor in Business from Madonna University.
