Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
The Senior Relationship Manager is accountable and responsible for generating new commercial loan origination opportunities, and managing assigned relationships for retention, relationship, and service satisfaction with loans and other ancillary credit and non-credit products sales and services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; formal sales training program or credit training program required and minimum of seven years of commercial lending experience required.

Information Technology Administrator

Responsibilities:
The Information Technology Administrator is responsible for coordinating and maintaining technology functions for MBC and serving as the Disaster Recovery and Incident Management response coordinator, and IT infrastructure support specialist. This position applies skills and knowledge of the MBC IT environment to establish, maintain and support users of the network, the MBC web portal, and all systems and applications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three years of technology, information security, or related work experience required.

Credit Analyst I/Credit Analyst II

Responsibilities:
The Credit Analyst I/Credit Analyst II is responsible for completing commercial credit analysis for small businesses to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to current and prospective borrowers. Responsible for completing underwriting documents to submit to loan committees and individuals for approval demonstrating independent judgment, appropriate recommendations, and risk ratings. Actively partner with internal and external Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers in the negotiation of loan terms and structure requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; formal credit training and minimum of one year of commercial credit analysis experience.

Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the commercial credit analysis and portfolio management risk monitoring functions through analyzing credit data and financial statements of potential or existing borrowers, preparing existing borrower reviews, and tracking the status of items such as site inspections, risk ratings, property tax payments, and loan delinquencies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; formal credit training and minimum one year of commercial credit analysis experience preferred.
