Senior Credit Analyst

Responsibilities:
The Senior Credit Analyst is responsible for completing commercial credit analysis for small businesses to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to current and prospective borrowers. Responsible for completing underwriting documents to submit to loan committees and individuals for approval demonstrating independent judgment, appropriate recommendations, and risk ratings. Actively partner with internal and external Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers in the negotiation of loan terms and structure requirements. Provide guidance, training, product review, and support to Credit Analysts, Financial Analysts, and Interns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; formal credit training and minimum four years of commercial credit analysis experience.

Credit Analyst II

Responsibilities:
The Credit Analyst II is responsible for completing commercial credit analysis for small businesses to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to current and prospective borrowers. Responsible for completing underwriting documents to submit to loan committees and individuals for approval demonstrating independent judgment, appropriate recommendations, and risk ratings. Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the commercial credit analysis and portfolio management risk monitoring functions through analyzing credit data and financial statements of potential or existing borrowers, preparing existing borrower reviews, and tracking the status of items such as site inspections, risk ratings, property tax payments, and loan delinquencies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; formal credit training and minimum one year of commercial credit analysis experience preferred.

Senior Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities:
The Senior Documentation Specialist is responsible for the due diligence, documentation, and closing coordination for various loan and collateral types and having the ability to document commercial loans using both a documentation system and custom-created loan documents. The candidate must have the ability to handle complex documentation with independence which will include SBA 7A and Construction loans. Knowledge of lending and regulatory compliance is required. Provide guidance, training, and support to Documentation Specialists, Credit Union Staff, MBC Loan Originators, Portfolio Managers, Loan Servicers, Credit Analysts, Financial Analysts, and Interns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum five years of commercial credit or support experience required.
