Senior Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
The Senior Relationship Manager is accountable and responsible for generating new commercial loan origination opportunities, and managing assigned relationships for retention, relationship, and service satisfaction with loans and other ancillary credit and non-credit products sales and services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; formal sales training program or credit training program required and minimum of seven years of commercial lending experience required.

Credit Analyst I/Credit Analyst II

Responsibilities:
The Credit Analyst I/Credit Analyst II is responsible for completing commercial credit analysis for small businesses to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money to current and prospective borrowers. Responsible for completing underwriting documents to submit to loan committees and individuals for approval demonstrating independent judgment, appropriate recommendations, and risk ratings. Actively partner with internal and external Relationship Managers and Business Development Officers in the negotiation of loan terms and structure requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; formal credit training and minimum of one year of commercial credit analysis experience.

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for administrative and office support activities.  Must have excellent customer service skills that can provide a great first impression to our credit unions, borrowers, vendors, and visitors in the office and on the telephone.

Qualifications:
Prior training in office procedures and use of office equipment.  Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing; pleasant telephone manner and be customer service oriented.  Knowledge of computers; specifically experience in Microsoft Office and Fiserv is preferable.  Must have superior organization skills and accuracy and the ability to multi-task.  Excellent problem solving and people skills. Positive, outgoing demeanor that displays professionalism.  Financial education and experience preferred.
