MBC recently provided $1.6 million in financing for the purchase of a 14,000 square foot medical office building in Novi. The property houses a pulmonary and critical care practice along with a pediatric center that provides collaborative treatment for families with special needs children.

This project will provide the pediatric center the opportunity to open their 2nd location with long term plans to occupy the entire building.
