Michigan Business Connection (MBC) is excited to announce the promotion of two long-term employees, Brandy Telfer, and Bridget Lobzun.

Brandy Telfer has been promoted to Director of Credit Union Growth and Development. Telfer joined MBC in 2011, and previously served as an application manager and senior business lending manager before being promoted into her current position. In this newly defined role, she will oversee the training and development of partner credit unions, manage lending personnel responsible for processing credit union-generated loan referrals, and ensure overall satisfaction of our credit union subscribers.

Bridget Lobzun has accepted the appointment to Senior Loan Servicing Administrator. Lobzun joined MBC in 2015, and previously served as a Senior Loan Servicer before being promoted into this new position. In this role, she will oversee the daily servicing of department activities and the development of loan servicers.

Continued growth in loan volume and portfolio size has initiated the development of these two new positions. Bill Beardsley, president of MBC remarked: “Both of these positions reflect MBC’s success as a whole and the importance of developing internal growth opportunities for our team members. Bridget and Brandy essentially created these opportunities by historically going above and beyond their previous responsibilities and eventually causing  the natural development of these positions.”
