Michigan Business Connection (MBC) is excited to welcome Kaitlyn Lawson as a credit analyst and Aleem Bajwa as a financial analyst.

Kaitlyn recently joined MBC, and in her role as a credit analyst will focus on underwriting new small business requests and offering support to the underwriting and portfolio management departments. Kaitlyn graduated from University of Michigan, Dearborn where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting.  Kaitlyn began her career in financial services working as a financial analyst for Superior Capital and then as a commercial underwriter at Comerica. Kaitlyn resides in Trenton, Michigan and enjoys biking, painting, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Aleem joined MBC earlier in 2018, first as a financial analyst intern, then subsequently was promoted to his current position of financial analyst. In this role, Aleem analyzes credit and financial data, and prepares data for credit analysts and portfolio managers. Aleem will be graduating from Eastern Michigan University this August with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Aleem lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and in his free time he enjoys following and playing soccer, spending time with friends, trying new places to eat and watching movies and documentaries.
